SHIPPING POLICIES:
Customers are accountable for all shipping charges, determined by package weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping time. We are happy to provide shipping charge estimates upon request, though fuel charges may be applicable. These estimates are not definitive and may change once the order is confirmed.
We support various prepaid small parcel shipping and LTL freight methods. Customers can also opt for another shipping method by providing account information for third-party collect shipments.
- Efforts will be made to dispatch orders on the same day, but if this is not feasible, orders will be shipped the following business day.
- For shipments requiring additional services not specified beforehand (e.g., delivery to a hotel/construction site, shopping centre, or the need for a lift gate), extra shipping fees will be incurred, and the buyer is responsible for these fees.
- Next-day deliveries are only guaranteed for some addresses, especially certain residential, rural, and suburban locations. Customers seeking next-day delivery are advised to inquire with customer service about its availability.
- Deliveries outside the U.S. are not assured.
- To be considered, claims for shipment shortages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
- Please be aware that shipping to AK, HI, and Puerto Rico may be subject to different shipping methods.
RETURNS POLICIES:
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items returned after 15 days will receive store credit or an equal exchange. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
Return Policy & Exclusions:
Duratek does not accept returns of chemicals, polyurea, pigments, or dyes. Products must be unopened and in the original packaging. Accessories included with the item must be returned for a full refund. Items returned with obvious misuse will not be credited. Modified or used new products cannot be returned. A 20% restocking fee applies to approved new equipment returns. Used equipment purchases are non-returnable. Items must be returned in the original condition.
Duratek does not accept returns on electrical components or special order items, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to Duratek’s error.
Back Orders and Partial Orders:
Customers will be notified of out-of-stock items, and options include holding the shipment, partial shipment, or modifying the order with comparable in-stock items. Partial shipments may incur additional shipping fees.
Shipping Insurance:
UPS and FedEx small packages automatically include insurance up to $100. Additional insurance is the buyer's responsibility and must be requested on the purchase order. Claims for loss or damage are filed by Duratek unless shipped with a third party on the buyer's account.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

In case of defects, the exclusive remedy is a replacement product or a refund at Duratek’s option.
