Acceptance of our product's delivery implies acceptance of the terms of this warranty, regardless of whether purchase orders or other documents state terms that differ from this warranty. Upon receiving the merchandise, the purchaser has 30 days to notify Duratek in writing if the materials are defective. Defective product refers to non-merchantable items that have not been used. Claims made after 30 days of purchase are not valid. If any of Duratek's products are found to be defective within 30 days from the purchase date, Duratek may, at its sole discretion, replace the material, issue a credit, or provide a refund for the initial purchase price of the material.
Certain products may contain chemicals that can cause serious physical injury. Before use, it is essential to read the Materials Safety Data Sheet and follow all precautions to prevent harm.
We have no control over the shipment once it leaves our facility. Tracking numbers are provided via email to allow customers to follow the progress of their packages online. If a customer receives a damaged package, they should contact the shipper and file a claim.
COF Warning: OSHA and the American Disabilities Act (ADA) have enforceable standards for slip resistance on pedestrian surfaces. Duratek recommends the use of slip-resistant additives in all coatings or floor systems. It is the installer's/end user's responsibility to meet these safety standards. Duratek is not liable for the application results and the manner in which our products are used, as we have no control over the end user. Therefore, Duratek is not responsible for ensuring that our products meet these standards and disclaims any liability for injuries or other issues related to meeting these standards.
